"Punchy guitar riffs, very slick vocals and catchy choruses...TSS have all the hallmarks of being a very good band who could get very, very popular indeed." - Punktastic.comThe Shower Scene started as a solo acoustic project but was destined to become a full band. Goc joined Eoghan to play second guitar for Eoghan's E.P. entitled "Last Call For Lovers" in late 2007. Soon after, Michael and Al joined to make the full band complete.
Since forming in November '07, The Shower Scene have quickly gathered a large fanbase and to date have shared the stage with bands like The Wonder Years (US), Winch House (UK), Look! I'm A Ghost (UK) and The Story So Far (UK), played to over 300 people in Dublin's Tripod, won the Best Vocalist award at the Coca Cola BlastBeat Awards, played to a sold out 6000 strong crowd in the RDS in Dublin supporting Fall Out Boy (US) and were the winners of Sunday World's LA or Busk competition '08.
