On line training is the same a learning from dvd's. Its great . You train at your own pace at your convienance . I have learned so much extra from DVD and online that has given me the edge at my school . I'm a white belt but can hold my own against all our blue belts because of the extras online ...

Who cares how he talks.At least he speaks english unlike all the brazilian DVDs. The say TREE-ONGLE .LOL. Roberts DVD's are great and i recommend them to any Gi or No Gi practitioner.
