About Me:
Things are finally back to some form of workable, although there's still a few problems left to work out. At any rate I'll no longer be uploading both D2 and Oblivion on and off, rather I'll record some, upload that, record the other, upload that, repeat. Reason? FRAPS records at a much higher frame rate, and I don't have the HD space to cover for recording two games with the subsequent increase in raw video size. But hey, both are working, right?
As for Last Window; STILL haven't forgotten, just me = lazy when it comes to checking Camtasia and the like. I'll get off my ass eventually.
New PC status:
Recording audio - Seems to work, still have to work out audio levels, quality, and the like. It does work, just not necessarily well.
Playing audio - Works, turns out the on-board audio card is advanced enough to suit my needs. Good, because Realtech's filters are MUCH better than CREATIVE's, not that that matters at all for recording purposes.
Games (DeSmuMe) - Tested, FPS went from 'unplayable' to 'maxed out while running Camtasia'. However, the microphone function somehow broke, so half of the games I can now play at a decent framerate can't actually be played anymore. I managed to get DeSmuMe to accept my actual microphone as valid input, but that doesn't work for TASing and recording...well...yeah.
Rendering - Rendering options are limited, which do a number on the audio quality thanks to Microsoft demanding pay for what was previously free. And functional. That aside rendering speed is up +90%.
Uploading: Still as slow as ever, as is my internet connection when it's cranky.
Games (Diablo II) - Tested with several parts recorded, rendered and uploaded. Seems like everything is working fine
Games (TFTD) - Untested
Games (Oblivion) - Some randomness due to me not re-installing a few things that I was planning to delete anyway aside, everything seems to be working just fine.

As for actually luck-manipulating stuff like imbuing the javelins, I set the saves folder to "read-only", meaning saving and exiting won't actually save the game, and I simply unset the read-only property once I rolled something sufficient, after which saving-exiting actually saves again.
