hey i just started dancing i have a school dance and im doining it alone im not amazing but thanks i find u helping me and i love dancing

you are a great teacher! The way you explain this makes sense to me now! Especially about isolation. I love to dance but usually I go away from You tube videos sad and wishing I could dance that well. But you made me believe that I CAN!!! I love what you wrote on your page too about the underground dance community. I am a mom with 7 kids who drives a school bus...but this a.m in the dark before I picked up the first kids I was practicing my body roll while I was driving. Crank up the music!!! I always have a hard time with chest pop...but when I isolated (TRIED TO) I realize I am putting in shoulders and abs. Like there was nothing left to roll out, because my abs went out with my chest. some of the positions are so contrary to what we try to practice in my kind of dancing... like caving your chest or sticking your belly OUT!!! The puking thing for coming back up is awesome analogy too! THANK you for these tutorials!
