Aloha! Thanks for visiting RoxyLifestyle Channel...Polynesian Yoga Fusion, unique core work and a few fun twists on traditional movement techniques.

A lifetime of education, research, experimentation, theory and practice in the Fitness & Wellness/Spa Industries have drawn me to share informative tutorials that have proven effective with yoga and personal training clients as well as spa guests worldwide.

I am a personal trainer based in Thailand and work for months at a time on movie sets in LA and with clients in New York / Hamptons. I am also Director of a Spa & Leisure Consultancy launched in Asia in 2005 and focused on business start-ups for Spas and Leisure Facilities. I feel grateful to work in a field that is my passion!
