Interesting that I have come across many of the same things you mention that you use for the health of your being. Thank you as well as I feel such great trust in what you have to say and you have introduced me to the Sole solution which i will be starting shortly. Isn't it amazing how the timing of different knowledge comes at different times for different people? Love you very much for putting this info OUT THERE. I think i must be in a validation phase right now.

I am a male 1st waver and have experienced everything you have described to the tee!. There is a new book out called You Are Sensitive! that addresses so many of the issues for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd wavers that you brought up. I highly recommend it for all wavers... Thank you for your wonderful energy and support. We need it desperately! It certainly brought me back from the depths...

As you said, I literally can't think when I'm surrounded by mess - being in beautiful surroundings is so important to me and wonderful smells also uplift my soul. I would love to have contact with and support from other first wavers and share our experiences.In fact, I need it greatly. You are obviously based in the US - I am in Ireland. Do you know of a forum I could take part in?
