I see that you have a ton of questions about video editing judging by the comments you've made.

Let me break this down for you: you HAVE to start small, because more powerful programs are harder to use than the ones you use now. Much harder.

I was going to tell you the same thing that SonicxPika said. I guess that the only thing I can add is, your best bet is to start with Windows Movie Maker. If you try another program like Sony Vegas Pro it's very hard and confusing for a beginner. Found that out the hard way. ^^;

You have to have a program like windows movie maker or sony vegas, etc. Select the music you wish to use,, then add the clips of the anime or cartoon you want to use and take away or mute the audio from those clips
