The Reliquary

In olden days, physical relics of holy people were stored in shrines. Sacred relics were a physical link to the supernatural and evidence that the stories and myths that shape our beliefs were also a part of historical reality. This gave relics power to reconnect & inspire the people who venerated them.

My reliquary contains no bits of saintly old bone or pieces of the true Cross. No indulgences are awarded by the Pope for visiting here.

But I hope you will find something to connect to amongst this little collection of favourite stuff & my amateurish movies.
