My eyes see that in the world around me no thing, idea, element, has any intrinsic value. These eyes see that things, ideas, elements are assigned meanings, value, by the pilgrims who dominate or are in the so called "majority". And even more so my eyes see that the value that is placed on all those things can and are changed sometimes in an instant. I find comfort in my own thought that the eye of my mind doesn't see things that way.

I awoke today at the sound of the wail of my soul. My heart bleeding tears of sorrow at the sight of humans killing humans in an apparent effort to achieve or defend some possession or goal; that once gained will be of no benefit to them at their own passing. I take solace in the sacred words of the prophets traveling this earth as Uriah Heep.

You too may find solace in the lines of Lady in Black.

Sarah and Lucy said that (in an effort to keep what sanity you have) you guys most likely will never return to the trailer park. I'll miss you. I must admit that I possibly failed to do more to help the two of you stay sane. Maybe if my cabin had been closer to the trailer park? I admire your zest for living. Conky lives with me now so you don't have to worry.

Prop 19 didn't make it in California, but don't be discouraged folks. i believe that the people there have real fears about what is happening at the Mexican/US border. Unfortunately Californian's really had no other way to address their fears. Current laws reflect what most there want and I believe they truly viewed the turning down of decriminalization as nothing but a way to deal with their fears of violence. I don't see this as a change in perspective about the "Goodness". Be well pilgrims.
