What does AKA stand for?
To the general populous - Ass Kickers Anonymous
To others - Anal Kinetic Applicators
To us, we are the Axxxxx Kxxxxxx of Axxxxxx.

What is Team AKA?
Team AKA was formed by those whose values drew them to xxxxx, with an interest in modern combat.

The team focuses primarily on Airsoft over Paintball, as the equipment is realistic, and the scenarios usually are more of a military simulation. While we are aware of the differences between Airsoft rifles and real steel, we enjoy the opportunity to participate in a combat sport, in a team environment. ...Oh, we also very much like kicking some ass! Oh...and occasionally drinking a beer.

Whenever possible we train together and participate in small and large milsims as a team.

While most of our team is military or ex-military, we welcome other professionals and new folks alike.

While we maintain a cache of loaner equipment for teammates, ultimately members end up buying their own main weapon of choice.

We have a preference for Multicam, and encourage the use of radio comms for all team elements.

While every get-together is fun, social and supportive, we enjoy making fireteam effectiveness a priority.
