Honestly, Glitter wasn't a great movie, but it wasn't nearly as horrific as people say. Also, the Glitter soundtracks, IMO, is highly underrated. There are some true gems on that album. Uh...well according to the author of this video, Mariah has been flopping since 1990. Tell me then: why is she still around 21 years later? Record number of hits? Albums sold? If you're going to spew hate, have your facts correct please.

And seriously, I don't get why so many people hate her??? Jesus, if you really can't stand her why are you watching this? Example: I hate Justin Bieber. Therefore, I wouldn't be caught dead looking at videos of him on here...geez...

you can't compare Mariah and Madonna. Madonna is an innovator, a performer. Mariah is a singer. People don't go to see Mariah for the acrobatics and costumes: they want to hear her sing. People go to see Madonna for a show.

OH dear lord...anyone who gave her grief about not singing this perfectly should try singing right in front of the casket of a dear friend. When you become emotional, your throat tightens. She IS a human being, not a robot.

I think the crack in her voice actually added to the song.

Songs like this are the reason I'm a diehard Mariah Carey fan and forever will be. Honey, Fantasy, Obsessed, etc, are awesome, but her lyrical genius comes through in work like this. I think she is underrated as a writer. This song is proof.
