To get in the clan you have to get 10 points.

Have a PVR or recording device = 5 points
K/D Above 1.3 = 1 point
Have 30k kills on Mw2 = 1 point
Have 30k kills on black Ops = 1 point
Have a Youtube channel with 1k = 3 point
Friends with one of Ps crew = 1 point
If you have a montage = 1 point
Have a trail of yourself like introducing you = 2 points
Have a cyber gamer account = 1 point
Have a 2 k/d cancels out 1.3 kd = 2 points
Nuke count of above 100 = 1 point
Have a mic to do commentaries = 1 point
Be an editor = 5 points
If your a trickshotter = 1 point

Have 50 videos on you channel = 3 points
Get game plays on black ops = 2 points

Total of 41 points 10 cant be that hard.
Once you have the points then you can play with us for a while and then you can be in the clan
