Matt Bobbie and Landon Mills were in a band called State Of Malevolence, Matt played bass, and Landon played guitar, but when they joined the focus program DEMO the band slowly fell apart. So Landon and Matt decided to create a new, better band. They joined up with Jazz drummer Jessica Murphy who is currently the drummer of The Manatees, and they created The Process Of A Story.
