Anytime you move toxic fluid under pressure through the natural fluid that a good bit of your food supply lives in, problems will and do arise. Sometimes those problems come in the form of a global catastrophy threatening every living creature on the planet. The process is simple; Electrolysis of water in a Retrofit Fuel System splits water molecules(H2O) into the molecules separate components(Hydrogen and Oxygen). The HHO then becomes a supplement when the hydrogen molecules mix with the fossil fuel on the compression stroke, and the result is COMPLETE FUEL USE, not just the plain gasoline 33% power/66% waste ratio you, I and everyone else have been brought up with! This is THE practical way to accomplish retrofit energy conversions to create hybrid cars and trucks and more in the 21st century.

Natural gas.
Liquefied natural gas.
Liquefied petroleum gas.
Hydrogen.
Electricity.
Any other fuel that is at least 85% alcohol (any kind) or ether.
Tax credit for Clean-Fuel Vehicle Property
The credit for this property may be claimed regardless of whether the property is used in a trade or business
Clean-fuel vehicle property is:
Any property installed on a motor vehicle (including installation costs) to enable it to be propelled by a clean-burning fuel
The property is an engine (or modification of an engine) that can use a clean-burning fuel, or
The property is used to store or deliver that fuel to the engine or to exhaust gases from the combustion of that fuel.
For vehicles that may be propelled by both a clean-burning fuel and any other fuel, your credit is generally the additional cost of permitting the use of the clean-burning fuel.
EVEN THE INSTALLATION of hybrid technology is creditable for that tax year.
With the extra $ you can save at the pump, and more you can save by using cleaner fuel advantages....year after year....that can really add up to a lot of change.
