About this user

While self-taught, I have been fascinated by photography all my life. Originally shooting film years ago, I have made the transition to digital along with many others. I shoot using Nikon DSLR's and edit in Photoshop CS4 and Adobe Lightroom.

Most of my work focuses on Landscapes and Wildlife as well as Flora; however, I have taken a keen interest in capturing architectural forms and abstract images. My aim is to "find the extraordinary in the ordinary. To interpret everyday subjects in a unique and compelling way...to look at our planet in a whole new light."

My work has appeared in numerous publications and has been used by Tourism BC, Tourism Kamloops, Crimestoppers International, Hampton Inn's, Berwick on the Park, the Kamloops Art Gallery and has been used as numerous Website banners. I have also sold my work to individuals and have also donated my images to not-for-profit organizations.

All my images are for sale as prints. I do not send the digital image files. Please feel free to contact me under the contact link on the left. I will also do commissioned work, including portraiture, both people and animals. Feel free to ask.

Please remember, the images that appear on this website are only, small low resolution photos. The clarity and colours are very limited on the Web and differences on computer monitors may cause colour-shift and de-saturation. The 'prints' will look immensely better.
