@eyesack9 Watch Mark Rippetoe's video on how to bench. Then talk to me. This type of benching is basically like squatting 2-3 inches and not even coming close to going parallel. Impressive weight, piss poor form. I'm sure he is very strong, but this can hardly be considered a proper bench press.....
