painting wont get you accurate wave length, not consistent ones. you want to search for something over 8000mcd (preferably higher) 430nm, 453nm, 642nm, and 662nm. (credits to the previous comment by orsanjethro) look up 1watt or 10mm led blue and look at the data sheets for each.
