The Pennsylvania CASA Association is the statewide non-profit organization that works to develop and support local CASA programs. CASA programs are organized for a specific juvenile court jurisdiction. Today there are 20 local programs serving 21 court jurisdictions. The local CASA programs may be county operated, represent one of several programs under an umbrella agency or be set up as an independent non-profit organization.
