Can you help me with the face settings ?, I.m a beginner in maya. and your tutorials are really helpful, but I really find it hard to extrude my selected face , I wish I can select them one by one not by just right clicking the mouse.. I would greatly appreciate any help..

Hi Stuart ! , First of all, I would like to thank you for replying.. I have tried your solution regarding my problem in using the face function in maya.. but it doesn't worked.. I also forgot to mentioned the appearance of a small dot in every center of the polygon every time I watched a tutori...

I have selected the "face" on right click. and when ever I selected the three in"0:37"

there are parts of the polygon that are also high lightened and keep on including on the "face function" thus , that part is also affected when ever i extrude..Is there something wrong? I hope You can help me...
