alright ill just tell u everything u need, ill make u an AMV guild =)
open Windows movie maker
you shall be on task and story board
after downloading what anime you want to use for the amv,
go to file, import into collections(ctrl+i)
browes through ur pc until u find the anime and select import
repeat these actions for the song that you wish to use(its an amv, it needs music ^^)
after doing this click on show time line, then
click on collections (it up top, under help)
choose the song song you want to use
drag the song into audio/music(make sure you drag it to the very start of the timeline, unless you want to put somthing else b4 the music starts)
press play on the little windows media player box on the right side of the screen just to check if the song is correct.
because you have imported your anime there should be a folder in collections, with the name of your show.
windows movie maker would have split the video into little captions,
after clicking on one of them you can play them
at any point of playing them you pause then split the clip
you use spliting clips so that you can use different parts of the show.
you can undo split and combined clips but they have to be under the same name
you want your amv to be good so try to make the music go with the clips.
select then drag your clips onto video, the same can be done for pictures.

*after your done making your amv click on tasks
the bring out finish movie
then click save to my computer
name your amv and selet what folder you want it to be in
click on show more choices and there will be more ways of sizing your amv
I recomend making the recommended size just for your self
then iif you want to put it on youtube just reapeat everything from *
and click on fit to size and make it 99mb or lower
you wanna make it 99mb since youtube only let vidoes be 100mb or lower also you wanna keep it high because the lower the size the lower the quielty
