I love the colours on this film - and Afterglow is absolutely fabulous. So is the busy drumming and so is the keyboards playing. I love that Mellotron at the end, much betetr than the 1980/81 versions.

Wow, that lovely Prophet-5 early version sound in the last section. BOOTIFUL! And the wonderful ARP Quadra solo sound, wow those old analogue synthesisers could be a bit cranky. Note how the pitch of the ARP synth slips a bit flat from about 4:12 - the monent when the Squonk is about to be booted...

@wanderer300 You're 100% right. And just imagine what a rock hero Collins would have been if he hadn't sold out. 1981 was the start of the sellout. Compare to 1980, it's almost "lost everything"

Great section - it was In the Cage - In That Quiet Earth - Afterglow, tracks 2 and 3 were the last two on Wind & Wuthering so it is quite like the original. It was original to join them in that way.
