I met Frank Kettering, one of the base fiddle players and singer of the Hot Shots in 1949 when he lived in So. Cal. He had a lot of pictures and records of his Hot Shot days. At that time he was repairing and tuning pianos.

I remember hearing this song first in either '57 or early '58, those were Happy Days for sure.
