Anyway, his argument deteriorated into calling me names, so I classify that one as a clear victory (he doesn't seem to realize that a lot of rape DOES happen in prisons and that 1. the prisoners really don't have rights to certain protections (I know they have rights against cruel and unusual punishment according to Cornell, but rape isn't a punishment), hence the term "prisoner", and 2. the system CAN'T stop it, so even if they did have rights against rape it wouldn't matter. Such a waste of time... -_-
