My take on the new channel layouts: To be frank, I don't particularly like YouTube's new channel layout as far as how the content display is handled--it's truly hindering; however, the presentation in itself I admit isn't necessarily horrible. With a few tweaks here and there from YouTube's part, I'm sure everyone would grow to like the new layouts.

About Me:
Q01. What's an OST?
Short for Original/Official Soundtrack, which is simply the music score of either a movie, video game or any other media where music is used to enhance the experience.
Q02. Where do you get your OSTs from?
Play-Asia, GameMusic, CDJapan, Otaku.com, YESASIA, VGMWorld, CDUniverse, eBay (occasionally), and Amazon (rarely). Ordering straight from the publishing house isn't usually a commodity as many would think, but it is also an option.
Alternatively, flea markets are surprisingly great for OST hunting--specially video game oriented ones. Unless you come across a hardcore video game nerd or eccentric, flea markets are a really cheap way of getting VG OSTs.
Q03. How big is your OST / VGM collection?
Big. Go here if exact numbers is what you want: http://vgmdb.net/db/collect...
And well around 1000+ as far as gamerips go.
Q04. What differentiates this channel from any other VGM channel?
Each and every single OST that I upload I own physically unless stated otherwise, which means an authentic, high quality sound for every upload that I make. In addition, even if a game doesn't have an official OST release, all gamerips will also be of the highest quality possible.
Lastly, most soundtracks are extended with two additional loops (where possible, of course); a good example of this being the soundtracks for both Mega Man series (Classic and X).
As a final note, most soundtracks I upload are in full high quality regardless if the HQ button appears in the video or not.
Q05. Can I request any video game OST?
Requests will be ignored.
Q06. Must I subscribe to request an OST?
Doesn't matter. Requests will be ignored.
Q07. Is there any chance that you could/would upload music from games like THPS, Guitar Hero, Rockband, or from any other game that uses music from known musicians/bands?
This channel focuses on VGM, as in VIDEO GAME MUSIC. So the answer is obviously no.
While I'm at it, music from the following series won't be uploaded: GTA, DJMAX, Jet Set Radio, Crazy Taxi, et alia.
Q08. Will you upload VGM including SFX?
No.
Q09. Will you upload Dramas?
No.
Q10. Will you upload animé OSTs?
No.
Q11. Will you upload motion picture/movie scores?
No.
Q12. Could you share your OSTs with me?
Well, that's what I'm doing. Memorize this: I. DO. NOT. PASS. LINKS.
Q13. Do you mind if I self-promote?
Yes, I do; I feel strongly disdainful about it and won't think twice to either block you or remove you as a friend.
Q14. If your channel is for OSTs; why do you upload mostly select tracks?
Because the tracks that I don't upload tend to usually be jingles, short victory/stage clear type themes, and/or SFX collection tracks that aren't worth the upload.
Q15. Could you subscribe to me, I'll do so too?
No. But if I like what you have, then maybe.
Q16. Why have you disabled commenting on your videos? What gives?
Because stupid is as stupid does... Watch this video for more information: http://www.youtube.com/watc...
I have enabled channel comments once more so that users can communicate with us or just simply share their opinions and whatnot. Only those subscribed and friended to the channel can comment, though, as to prevent the same misfortune.
The same rules as before still apply:
• Friend invitations will be ignored if you're not subscribed (as stated further up).
• Commenting is a privilege.
• Idiocy is frown upon.
Q17. Where do you get the images you use for your videos from? Could you send them to me?
Really? Must everything be handed to you on a silver platter? Is using search engines that hard? Are you handicapped in any way? I truly abhor when people make this asinine question, and although there MIGHT be instances where I'll respond, and do emphasize the word ''MIGHT''--it's even in caps for an even greater effect--I will simply ignore and delete the question. As the usual Internet adage goes, "You're on the Internet, Google it."
Most images I use, as far as fanart goes, are from deviantART; the name--or at least the moniker--of the artist can be found on the description box.
Q18. Dude, why do you bother uploading OSTs that are already uploaded, like, a million times by other people? And why do you upload the soundtrack from *insert name* when that game sucks / is overrated / has a dumb fanbase / I don't like?
*facepalm*
Yeah, that's the FULL answer a question like that deserves. As the Latin proverb goes, intelligenti pauca.

TheOSTation I'll be taking a small break in order to upload some stuff over at GodzillaMusic. Afterwards I'll be uploading some stuff to TheDoujinChannel as well. I've left GM in the back burner for too long, so I really need to head over there and polish things a little bit. I'll be back soon.

I got myself the Tekken 6 limited edition(Before I finally get Bayonetta), but I noticed that it didn't have an OST. Weird, because they usually try to pack in a soundtrack with these things. Anyhow, I still got more than I payed for.(I got it for less than half than it usually is)
