Making electronic music is far more complicated than that. There are apps and programs that let you mix-and-match premade bits of sound, but making electronic music takes a lot of time and knowhow. Being able to create likeable music out of nothing takes talent, no matter what one is using to create the music. One has to come up with the song, then refine it until it becomes good. Please try making electronic music before you make an assumption like that.

In my opinon, he very sarcastic with his comments. He says those things because he's making fun of racism and those ways of thinking. I don't think he actually believes in the racist jokes he says, but he uses them because it's ironic (in a funny way).
