This is kinda funny but its actually one of the basic skills used in Parkour. Quadrupedal movement is an amazing exercise. I practice jumping from one object to another like a cat on all fours for my training.

Moving on all fours is my favorite kind of exercise ;)

Tricking. Parkour. Why fight over it. I do both. I love both. They are both movement. They both kick ass. I do parkour but I can almost pivot double-leg double cork.
