September 22, 2009 - Halo 3 ODST!
New weapons are a new pistol with silencer, and a new SMG with a silencer. The rest of the weapons are all the same from the Halo 3 arsenal. Also, they brought the red plasma rifle from halo 2 back.
FIREFIGHT: A whole new kind of multiplayer. The original halo 3 multiplayer is still there. Infact 3 new maps (heretic, longshore, and orbital) come with ODST. But firefight is a new way to play online with your friends. You have your friends fight against the covenant. All of you have a total of 7 lives, and you guys lose lives by dying. There are 5 waves per round, and 3 rounds per set. There are an unlimited number of sets. As each wave/round/set pass, the fight gets harder. Covenant come in more numbers and with better guns and vehicles. Also as the sets progress, different skulls get turned on with each passing set, making it even harder. The firefight game is over when all 7 lives are gone.
The campaign storyline is that you're on ODST soldier who got seperated from the rest of your crew when you dropped. You are on your own, and you're looking for clues to see wat happened in new mombasa. When you find clues, you flashback to other ODST soldiers and fight as them for brief moments. This game is like a free roam, meaning that at any moment you dont have to follow the campaign. You can roam around the city whenever, and wherever you wish. Exploration can be pretty fun in this game.
Other features like forge and theater are still there in ODST.

Halo: Reach
Halo: Reach takes place before Halo: Combat Evolved (Halo 1). In this game many spartan's are still alive, so the master chief is not the only one. You will not be playing as an ODST in this, but you may also not be playing as the master cheif (Spartan or Sierra 117). Since there are many spartan's, it is a strong possibility that you will be playing as more than one. Information on Halo: Reach is very limited since it was just announced and it's to be released more than a year from now.
