Well I'm a Dad with a beautiful Partner and Daughter,2 Dogs,2 Cats.
I have been into Ethnobotany since the 90's.
I also grow my own Edible Gourmet Mushrooms,thus the Nick ;).
I grow these from cultured agar plates/sometimes from spore syringes right through to the fruiting stage.
Mostly "Oyster Types-Pleurotis eryngii,Pleurotis ostreatus,Pleurotis pulmonarius and next will be Shiitake aka Letinula edodes.
I'm a mental Health Advocate in my home town also.

At the moment I'm recovering from BENZO Addiction.I was prescribed Xanax in 2003 for "Panic Disorder".I was mis-informed on how dangerous and painful they were to detox from,though this has been known for a LONG time.Typically Benzo's should (If at all) be used for a short period of 2-4 weeks,it's now 2011.I only found out the truth about 6 years ago after taking these every day.When they stopped "working" the GP would say "Up the Dose a mg" Needless to say they never help in the long run and the longer you are on them the harder it is to get off them.I found a link to a Dr.Heather Ashton.

So I started right away....I had no idea what I was doing before and am grateful for her work as I am making progress and haven't relapsed.
Other than that well I was a fully functional member of society until "The CRACK of Benzo's" got hold of me.
It's a long slow crossover/taper and it has to be to allow the body and the brain's GABA system recover from the damage this EVIL chemical inflicts on it's users.Yeah there's more to me than that,but I'm new to YouTube and this is my main angle at the moment....more to come.
Another must have is "Benzo-Wise-A Recovery Companion" by Bliss Johns.
It is essential if you want to keep your friends and family,man they cannot understand what this process entails,but this book speaks plain english by an Ex-"Accidental Addict".
Don't try to explain things to your kin,they just won't get it,this book has sections especially for them!
