Great tips on brush selection. My question is, when I painted a wall with a roller I thought I was doing it right, but it left noticeable bare spots. I had to go back over them and push hard on the roller or touch up with a brush. What was I doing wrong? Thanks!

I just want to recommend BEHR paint from the Home Depot. I have had good luck with this brand and it only requires one coat, excellent quality.
