About Me:

I have spent my whole life searching for balance..life moved to fast..technology almost ran me over..things were being lost along the way...Then I discovered that getting back to the basics in life..simplified things for me. I like my technology..or I wouldn't be on YouTube..however..I am dedicated to bringing back and sustaining some of the old ways..LIKE.growing and storing as much of our own home raised food as possible..I have taught myself how to quilt...making my own bread..less prepackaged food and more hands on..I don't think it is right that the very food we feed our families should be raised, handled ,processed and packaged behind closed doors, by people and machines we never see..I feel that just because an animal is going to be food..or produces food..does not mean it has to live a life with ever seeing the sunshine...corny? Maybe..But if you don't know where your meat came from..how do you know how healthy it is to eat? just sayin....

	TheMrsVolfie (8 hours ago) @gardennana3453 I will do my Best..I plan on taking things up a notch this year..I am growing mangle beets, organic Indian corn and pumpkins and squash to help piece out the feed..the goats LOVE corn leaves and chopped stalk fresh or dried..they are also like squash and pumpkin if cut into 1 inch cubes..the chickens will also eat mangle beets...I plan on grating and drying the beets to add to the feet for all the rabbits goats and chickens. I will definitely keep updates coming!
	gardennana3453 (15 hours ago) Great Tips. Maybe your could also share in the future what you would feed your chickens and goats to stretch their feed. Our feed bill is going up cause of the price of corn. Great Video, on the seeds too. i never thought of growing those seeds. I think I will give some a try. Thanks again for the time you take to share with us all. I enjoy all them.
