I agree with the cops here. In this situation the police at all costs want to prevent tragedy. If people start running onto the ice, then they risk themselves as well as the cop's. It's like a person standing on the edge of a bridge. If the person won't get down the cops bring them down.

What I don't get is, if something's not a crime, not prosecutable, then why are these cops seizing the money? If I'm driving with power tools in my truck and the cops stop me and say "Hey, we can't prove it, and it's not a crime, but we believe these tools are stolen" can they just seize them? I ...

On Howard Stern a Howard employee was warned by a cop for dancing on a public street. He was doing kicks and stuff and the rule was "You can't dance in a way that's dangerous to other's" Clearly they weren't, but that may be why the warning not to dance was given before the two were arrested.

I hate Sal and Richard's phony bits. I like them when they're real, but they fake it a lot, Sal especially. I could make an argument that they ruined the Stern Show, or maybe that Howard's acceptance of them is symptomatic of a quality problem.

Why are we supposed to care about her? That's what I don't get. The one exception is if Howard asks questions that are digging, so she can't just state the obvious. I would have asked her to tell me how many black kids were in her school, how they felt about poor people, and what drugs they did. ...
