I grew up mostly in northeast pennsylvania USA.. my father and uncles were all in the masonry trade. most were veterans of wwII and Korea. I worked with many of the men who worked on the churches of the 20s and 30s and the WPA era. I joined the US Navy in 1972 and spent six months in the med and six months persian gulf during the 1973 mid east war. Went to college under the veterans program and studied archicture and Law. I was a member of NJ masonry union for 3 years.. I play guitar, banjo and fiddle and recorded in Nashville under Empire records (1994) and still play with "the Home Town Boyz" about 4 times a month. I had my real estate license in PA for 5 years, I have visited over 60 countries. I began working with the family masonry business in 1969.

thanks for the compiment.-- when unsure of someting just take a little cement and practice with it. just like learning a new song. see how it reacts working with it and how it turns out and then go a little farther next time. If I could help I'll try. thanks Mike

I have allot of D.I.Y projects that need starting at my home, & i was hoping i could ask you for insight & guidance if feeling unsure of what the true path was to take.
your video's are very informative with a laid back style of simplified execution,
i am a bit of a catastrophist which is probably understandable for a walking metal skeleton.
