@Emeriican Non-belief is not belief. Don't confuse belief with faith any way. You can believe in something for which there is conclusive evidence, but you can't do that with the concept of gods because there is no evidence apart from the feelings and emotions some humans have.

The preachers should accept the charges and endure the punishment in silence, just as Jesus accepted the charges against him and the consequences. Where would their religion be if Jesus complained about his charges and counter-sued, just so that he could selfishly escape punishment?

The christian teachings that they are espousing are immoral, and we all need to oppose immorality. I question street preachers all the time, but it it is much better to do it in a friendly way. It is not always easy I mut admit.

Just substitute Koran for bible, Mohammed for Jesus and you may begin to understand why atheists are not convinced that the claims you have made are facts. Moslems point to their holy books and characters and make the same claims. They present the same sort of evidence and claim the same proofs.
