My 2 month old Big Shot broke this morning :-( The pin that holds the handle onto the machine snapped right in half. Hubby looked at it and said I can't fix that ( how much was it LOL)

So I called Sizzix customer service..told them my problem and they are sending me a replacement part out on Monday no charge. Can't get better than that!
