Go here: http://nicosound.anyap.info/
Then, in the search bar, type in the nicovideo URL (which I provide in every video) and there you have it. If you don't know Japanese, simply look at the right tab on the table under the player. The one that should say: MP3 を抽出 . The download window should pop up!
You can get almost any music/audio that you would want from nicovideo there. ^^

I'll upload Karaoke songs if requested. And a ton of songs (especially the ones that are uploaded to youtube) have karaoke. They're called ニコカラ, or NicoKara. If you have a Nico Douga account, just search the name of the song, the VOCAlOID it was sung by and just tack ニコカラ onto it. You should get it and then just put the URL of that video into nicosound. ^^
Ex. I typed in: ニコカラ ピアノ・レッスン
初音ミク
And I got the karaoke of Piano Lesson, by Furukawa-P, sung by Miku.
