Michael Brandon has worked in and around the Hospitality Industry for over 25 years with some of the most influential and prestigious culinaires including Wolfgang Puck, Mario Batali and Michael Mina. He was professional trained as a Butler/Administrator by Sir Ivor Spencor, Royal Toastmaster to Her Majesty the Queen of England and has always been a student of Food and Beverage.
