The H2 is really awesome! However, unless you have done considerable suspension work a halfway competent rider could easily defeat you on an R1. H2s have a nasty tendency to get speed wobbles and 70's tech can't be expected to beat something 30-40 years more advanced...

Why bother naming someone? The entire ideology of a labled race doesn't sync with phylogenetics, which we use for classification now. I'd stick to using self professed ethnic or racial division. In the US, most "Asians" I have met, prefer Asian. Perhaps this isn't the worldwide standard...

A chopper with a steep wheelbase doesn't handle nearly as badly as you would think it just requires a different riding style. I'd be more scared of parking lots than canyons on one.

A stock Rocket 3. V-max (old or new) or GSXR 1300 engined bike should be able to go much faster than a V-Rod. I'm assuming that you're talking about a short track because on a longer stretch just about any 600 sport bike can catch up.
