Don't listen to anyone, crying is a perfectly normal way to let out emotions. And don't worry, things will get better in time. I've felt like that too but it was just a rough patch and I got through it. No matter how bad things are, they will get better. Just hold on and don't give up.

If you've ever read the legal stuff from minecraft, they basically own all the mods made. 2nd, you can't steal an idea. Notch never took a mod and added it, he took an idea and made his own codes and such.
