I think people need to take into consideration HOW the show is put together, including acting, line delivery and the way the footage is cut, it's very much suited to being a laugh track-based comedy. However, although I am a massive Big Bang Theory fan, I find it does lose alot of it's credential...

Capo 4
Verse: C, Em, Am, C/B (Non-barre C Shape with the fingers on 3rd and 2nd fret up a string) x 8
Chorus: F, C, Em, Am x 4 then finishes on the C/B
He adds little hammer-ons/slides during some chords, mostly around the 2nd fret on the D string. Hope it helps!
