I have realy long thick curly hair + use loreal elvive. Brush it no less than 6xs day. Keepin ur hair trimd + free from split-endz WILL help it grow quicker. Hair IS protein so thatz wot ya eat plenty ov! Use common sense not stupid old wives tales!
