Ovo sve, ipak,
i druga čudna dela Božja,
koja ni oštrovidni um
sagledati ne može,
ljubav prevazilazi.
I nije čudo,
jer Bog je ljubav,
kao što reče Jovan sin gromov.

Varanje nikakvo u ljubavi mesta nema.
Jer Kain, ljubavi tuđ, Avelju reče:
"Iziđimo u polje".

Oštro nekako i bistrotečno
ljubavi je delo,
vrlinu svaku prevazilazi.

Ljubav David lepo ukrašava,
rekavši: "Kao miro na glavu,
što silazi na bradu Aronovu,
i kao rosa aermonska,
što na gore silazi Sionske".

Uzljubite ljubav,
mladići i devojke,
za ljubav prikladni;
ali pravo i nezazorno,
da mladićstvo i devstvo ne povredite,
kojim se priroda naša
Božanskoj prisajedinjuje,
da Božanstvo ne uznegoduje.
Jer apostol reče:
"Duha Svetoga Božjega ne rastužujte,

bilo telom ili duhom,
