This certainly was a hit (#4 Pop, #2 R&B), and it got that way via more than ample airplay. Maybe the "jammin' oldies" station in your area doesn't play it much, but I still hear it everywhere.

Wow. Bobby was a cool player at one time, but he was a fat sack of sh*t by this point. He's flat as hell- on the most simple licks. If you've degraded to the point where you can't even play in tune, you need to just stay at the house.

I don't think anybody's mistaking him for George Jones, dude. This tune cleverly combines elements of different musical styles, with Country being the most difficult to predict, yet obviously present, element. It's not straight Country music- it's Cool As F**k music.

I think while Jagger was wondering why the band was carrying on so long, they were wondering when the hell he was going to do the "yeah, yeah, yeah, whoos!" He spaced on that, so we ended up getting a cool, extra-long version.
