Jorge Garcia plays the character of Hugo "Hurley" Reyes on the ABC Series, LOST.
LOST is the very complex story of a group of people whose plane crashed on a mysterious South Pacific Island. The island has polar bears and this smoke monster...oh never mind! Garcia is a rather hefty person and according to WeTalk.TV Garcia weighs in at 175 kgs, that's 385 pounds! That is exactly how much I weigh.
Hurley and a few survivors were stuck on the island for 108 days. But on the 45th day of their stay on the island, they come across a pantry of food. Food that you would find in your own pantry. Most of it processed, BAD FOOD!
So I was thinking - if I was on that mysterious island for the first 45 days, with only native food to eat, and no outside source of food, such as fine Oceanic Air cuisine or airdrops from The Dharma Initiative, how much weight could I lose?
