My biggest inspirations are Demi Lovato and Catherine Zeta-Jones (especially Demi). After all Demi went through, she stayed strong and that inspires me to stay strong too and love myself for who I am. Both women spoke about about having Bipolar, and this helped me to not feel ashamed of my own Bipolar.

I believe that people should be taught about mental disorders, such as Bipolar,depression, and eating disorders because there are so many misconceptions. If people understood what they were really about, perhaps there wouldn't be any stigma about them.

I am a strong supporter of Love is Louder, To Write Love On Her Arms, FCKH8, and Delete Digital Drama. I hope to one day make a difference. :)
