I've had a lot of fun creating the videos and I hope you enjoy watching them.

They're intended to be fun AND thought-provoking, because I believe we need to incorporate more of both those things into our lives...... I love the quote by Brendon Gill - ' not a shred of evidence exists in favour of the idea that life is serious'.
