I love: intelligent conversation and intellectual stimulation, reading modern fiction, literature and poetry, the aesthetics of films - particularly world cinema, BOOKS, writing, etymology, dictionaries and thesauruses, writers who create prose that takes your breath away and plunges you headlong into the story, comics (Peanuts, Garfield, Asterix & Oblix), comedy and comedy festivals, laughing (rib-aching, laugh yourself off your seat and out of breath laughter), University study, sleeping in, lighthouses, jetties, windmills and old buildings/structures whose walls I wish could talk to me and tell me their history and countless stories, SciFi, lying flat on my back on green grass gazing up at the sky, dreaming, star-gazing, people who are happy, open-minded and understand the meaning of 'to live and let live', multiculturalism, being an individual who is unique and true to herself, honesty, animals (all creatures great and small), dancing as many styles as I can, languages, cooking! (mmmm food...), plants, the bush, sitting with my back against a tree, the rainforest, mountains, STORMS, weather, water, rain, the ocean and beach, the changing seasons, music that has meaniful lyrics/tells a story (whether through instruments or words), my own personal space and time, painting, drawing, clay work, photography, beads and beading (I must give kudos to Bead Charm - http://www.beadcharm.com.au/?r=10493), knitting, life...
