I'm sick of cliche anime. I'm tired of watching a series I've never seen before, but since the concept and characters are so overused, I feel like I've seen it all before. I'm tired of it. So that's why this gorgeous piece of art is *more* than a refreshing break from the cute moe comedy/action g...

If you think about it, the plot to some may seem like something they've seen before. But they couldn't be more wrong. The gorgeous way that each episode flows so fluidly, and the amazing yet calming way they execute the plot is just... it's a masterpiece. And more.

No matter what Claude does, I still say that Sebastian's butter knives are better than his cheesy green sword.

@CJavonnie I guess you could say that Sebastian sort of brought him back to life, but Ciel's memory might have been erased to a certain point. He said that Madame Red shouldn't get involved, but she is dead, so Ciel must not remember that.

Personally, I love this show. I watched Brotherhood and sort of liked it more (yes, I am guilty), but when I re-watched the original, I realized just how much better it was. Nice number one!

@hi101985 I completely agree. XD Light is getting so full of himself. What makes him think he can call up Near just to taunt him? That will only make him seem more suspicious. Anyway, he is sort of a jerk... :P

Even though the final 2 or 3 episodes are worth... all this, I still find it somewhat hard to watch. I mean, it's entertaining at times, but it doesn't give me an odd urge to laugh psychotically like it did when L was alive. It was just so fun to see L and Light's intense game if cat and mouse.

No offense, but Near is like an apathetic, emotionless version of L-- no. More like an L wannabe. After L dies, yes, the series gets a little... boring :/

First, I have to clarify some things. 1: NO. They're not L's kids, I think they're orphans that are sore of trained to become L's successor. 2: As you can... obviously see, the series goes really downhill from here, and at times it gets VERY annoying... But stick with it, you might actually like ...

I must admit, Light IS a jerk. :P The series sort of slows down at this point (at least for me), but trust me, those final episodes are worth anything. Well, in my opinion.

Poor L. I think he knew he would die... some way or another. Anyway, interesting episode. I already miss L, but it gets... Better, like, at about episode 35 I'd say :P

I know there are a few people who hate Light's evil side, but I can't help loving it. He's just so psychotic, but not your "usual" type of insane. He's just... Different. For some reason, I always celebrate when he regains his memories. :P

Wow, this was a fun and intriguing anime... But it only lasted like, a little over an hour :P The first episode was the creepiest... XD

I don't really like this anime either. Although, I think 2 of 5 is a tiny bit harsh. I would have given it 3 of 5 for at least being interesting enough to hold my attention. I agree, though-- the characters seem really stereotypical, and the plot is just weak. I don't think the drama was boring, ...

Yay for the happy ending! :3 Oh, this is random, but one thing I like about this anime is that Kenta isn't "hot" or anything. I mean, not everyone is perfect in appearance, and a good heart is all that really matters. :D Anyway, the ending wasn't SUPER special, but still cute! Nice series!
