About the matchmaking things, you should take a look at what Call Of Duty do about that aspect of the game. They might have way more experience on matchmaking than anyone else. Just get a stable formula of matchmaking that works and personalise it how you feel it.

PS3 looks way better, if you have the habit to play 360 exclusives you won't recognize it tho

I don't get it. On your video I counted about 12 seconds for loading on 360. You say about 6 seconds plus on PS3, so 18 seconds for loading, right ? It tooks about 11 seconds for loading on my PS3. If you want a proof of that, I can record a video.
