I also cover myself with a "emergency thermal" blankets I bought from ebay (a dollar a piece?) while sleeping. Aluminum foil is great for the walls AND CEILINGS. I have part of my attic covered with it! You have to make a corner of the bedroom safe for you to sleep in... my bed is surrounded with aluminum foil. If you follow my advice you will feel so much better the next day... Don't look at the mirror while you're wet! and ALWAYS wash your face LAST! I hope this helps! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!... Also the best time for them to give you radiation is when you are sitting for prolonged periods of time, while sleeping and during a shower or bath. Alcohol and water are great conductors for microwave radiation! So only take a bath when you ready to go outside and NOT BEFORE GOING TO BED. PROTECT YOUR EYES with EYEGLASSES while taking a shower. I wear eyeglasses AT ALL TIMES!

Please eat lots of CORN AND KELP! It helps with microwave radiation... CORN works as a microwave repellant and KELP removes radiation from the body through excretions (you can take kelp as a supplement). Also you should always cover your head with a hat and put aluminum liner in it, may want to add a piece of heavy duty poncho to cover aluminum inside hat. I sleep with a heavy duty poncho that I bought from Walmart and it seems to work fine to protect my joints!
