I sincerely hope Scotrail do not push to prosecute this big guy. Let common sense prevail. Why should anyone have to be subjected to behaviour from a nerd like this. Pay your way like everyone else or face the punishment, even if it means leaving the train head first. He gets no sympathy from me.
